then allow you to get an “apples to apples” comparison of
contractor’s prices. Once
you have drawings in hand, a much more accurate price estimate can be
formulated by bidding contractors.
Our
permit procurement services consist of
filing environmental permit applications for piers, tidal
erosion control (structural and non-structural), and Resource Protection Area Modifications.
We understand that getting the proper permits for marine construction can be
a confusing and cumbersome process that can take weeks even if one knows
what they are doing. So,
things can be worse for those who are unfamiliar with the industry
regulations, terminology, analyzing and responding to environmental
reports, and other facets of the regulatory process in regards to
waterways and tidal wetlands.
